International Women Riders Congress and Festival August 11 - 15, 2010 - Deerhurst Resort, Huntsville Ontario Canada Accommodations Deerhurst Resort Deerhurst Resort is a premier Ontario resort, set into a beautiful Muskoka landscape. It's easily accessible from all directions and in the heart of scenic riding. We have reserved a block of rooms at a special room rate which will be available until July 12, 2010. You are responsible for making your own reservations and can do so by calling Deerhurst's Reservations Department at 1-800-461-4393. Please identify yourself as attending the MCC Women Riders Conference to qualify for the group rate. A limited number of rooms are available on Wednesday night (August 11) – register early! Traveler and Pavilion Rooms -- $189* single/double Junior One-Bedroom Suites -- $209* single/double; $239* triple * NOTE: There is an additional $8.00 per person, per night (plus tax where applicable), daily charge to cover housekeeping, shuttle, daily newspaper available in the Pavilion lobby and conference services. These are separate and distinct from the guestroom rate and from taxes. Deerhurst Resort has extended the special guestroom rates for three (3) days before and after our official program dates (based on resort availability). Deerhurst Resort accommodations are all designated non-smoking. There is a deep cleaning fee of $250.00 if a guest smokes in a guestroom. This is classified as an incidental expense and will be charged to the guest. All reservations must be accompanied by a one nights' room and tax deposit, in the form of a cheque or major credit card. Deerhurst Resort will not hold any rooms unless a deposit has been made at time of reservation. The balance of the attendees full stay total is required seven days prior to arrival date. The entire amount payable to Deerhurst Resort is earned in full as of that date. Any changes to the room reservation can be made up to 7 days prior to arrival. This deposit is refundable up to seven days prior to arrival. If the reservation is cancelled after that date or the guest's stay is shortened, all amounts paid to Deerhurst Resort will be non-refundable. In the event of a cancellation or change, a refund may be made available at the Resort's discretion based on the individual case. August is prime vacation season! Camping There are two fabulous Provincial Parks – both with outstanding camping facilities. Arrowhead Provincial Park is the closest; world-famous Algonquin Park has numerous campsites along the Highway 60 corridor – approximately 1 hour beautiful ride.
